Ceremony and reception site visit
Liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
Review all vendor details and arrival times.
Create complete wedding day timeline and share with all vendors
Create Floor Plan
Prepare schedule for vendors, family members and wedding party
Wedding Day Coordination
On-site assistance for ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)**
Implement and oversee wedding day schedule
Serve as point person for all vendors throughout event
Coordinate and manage wedding ceremony logistics
Direct ceremony and reception
Set up day-of details (e.g., guest book, place cards, favors)
Conduct final seating and table check prior to guest arrival at reception
Cue timing throughout including cake cutting, toasts and dances
Distribution of final payments and tips to vendors
Assist decorators with any logistics they may need
Ensure all cards, gifts and items to take home are packed up and given to designated person
